SCALING A REBRAND
Goosehead Insurance
Rebranding isn’t just about a new look—it’s about making that brand work at scale. After leading the rebrand for the largest Insurance Brokerage in the U.S., I faced a challenge: how do we ensure brand consistency across 1,400 franchises, 1,450 employees, and countless partnerships—without adding layers of complexity?
From This
A DIY Brand with no guidelines, no brand positioning, over 1400 franchises and 13 corporate offices, and 1300 employees plus multiple partners.
To This
Established brand positioning and brand guidelines with a robust brand visual identity. 1000’s marketing templates created and distributed to over 1400+ franchises and corporate employees.
Transforming brand execution
The solution wasn’t just design; it was strategy, systems, and execution. I developed a streamlined brand asset hub that gave every franchisee, employee, and partner access to on-brand materials, making execution seamless.
With one tool and team of 3, we:

Streamlining email design for efficiency and credibility
Previously, every email was built from scratch, leading to inconsistencies in headers, footers, buttons, and content blocks. There was no design system in place, making campaign execution time-consuming and fragmented.
I implemented the company’s first-ever email design system, introducing modular, ADA-compliant templates in Marketing Cloud. This ensured brand consistency across all communications and reduced campaign launch time by 50%.
